Real Estate Investor
In March 2020, as the world shut down, I found myself sitting at a breakfast table-turned-shared desk with my pregnant wife. It hit me hard: if one of us couldn’t work, we wouldn’t be in a good position. With no playbook for living through a pandemic, I started digging. There had to be a better way.
At the time, we were both working, and I was managing properties for my dad. I’d always heard real estate was the path to wealth, but the numbers didn’t add up. Curious and motivated, I searched YouTube for “how to scale in real estate,” and everything changed.
I took a leap of faith, using the CARES Act to pull out $200K and dove headfirst into the BRRRR method. I thought success was as simple as “see property, buy property, collect rent.” I quickly learned that building something meaningful takes far more than numbers and transactions—it takes grit, adaptability, and resilience.
Real estate has been a transformative journey, not just as an investor but as a husband, father, friend, and son. It’s challenged me to grow in ways I never expected and continues to shape how I approach life and relationships. What started as a search for financial security has become a passion for building a future—brick by brick, lesson by lesson.
